News : Jobs Go as Call Centre Firm Fails
Manchester, UK, July 24, 2015 -- A company providing customer support services - and which ran an emergency hotline for Manchester Dogs Home after it was wrecked by fire last year, has gone into administration.
Broadcasting Support Services, which had a contact centre on Portland Street in Manchester city centre, went into administration on July 17.
It is thought that more than 100 people working at the base in the region have lost their jobs. According to its website the company had more than 400 staff nationwide.

A pre-recorded message at the Manchester centre says: "BSS has gone into administration as of July 17, 2015. ReSolve Partners Limited have been appointed as administrators.
"The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the administrators."
London-based ReSolve Partners has not yet commented on the circumstances causing the insolvency.
