News : JurisLink Wins Ovum Award for CafeX WebRTC Solution for Attorneys
London, UK, May 19, 2016 -- CafeX Communications(R), a supplier of mobile and web engagement solutions, announced that its customer JurisLink has been awarded Ovum’s On the Radar award in the ‘Connecting the Physical World’ category. The award was announced during the Ovum Industry Congress held on May 11 and 12 in London. Ovum is a market research and consulting organization that focuses on IT, communications technology and media markets. On the Radar awards are conferred annually to recognize technology innovators that enable end-user organizations to create real value in their businesses.
JurisLink is recognized for creating an Internet-based videoconferencing service that enables simple, secure and efficient live interactions between attorneys and incarcerated clients. Using only an Internet connection, computer and webcam from any location, attorneys can schedule face-to-face sessions with clients who have access to JurisLink kiosks within correctional facilities. No other equipment is needed. Attorneys can add up to two more participants to a video call, and meetings are encrypted at the highest level to ensure confidentiality.
