News : K-Electric Signs Partnership with Teradata Pakistan
Karachi, Pakistan, Jan 18, 2016 ---Teradata Corp. (NYSE: TDC), a big data analytics and marketing applications company announced that K-Electric (KE), one of Pakistan’s utility companies, has decided to upgrade its Contact Center with Teradata Consulting as system integrator and a solution from Genesys.
This will help K-Electric enhance customer service and improve customer experience across a number of channels like voice, web chat and email. K-Electric selected Teradata Consulting based on its experience with contact centers in Pakistan and for its expertise with integrating various systems and enabling data analytics. This will enable KE to provide solutions to meet customers’ requirements and enhance service quality levels.

The signing ceremony was held recently at K-Electric’s head office in Karachi.
