News : Kar-Tel Upgrades Call Centre with Teleopti System
Astana, Kazakshtan, Aug 6, 2015 -- Mobile operator Kar-Tel, working under the Beeline Kazakshtan brand, has introduced the Teleopti system in order to raise the efficiency of its call centre.
The operator introduced the SON (Self Optimising Network) system in 2014.
