News : Kazakhtelecom Launches Outsourced Call-centre Service
Astana, Kazakhstan, May 4, 2015 -- Kazakhstan national operator Kazakhtelecom has introduced its new outsourced call-centre service.
The service is available over a virtual telephone number in either Russian or Kazakh languages. The service will be provided across the country by the staff of the company KT Cloud Lab.
Call centres of the company are based in Almaty, Astana and Karaganda.
