News : KCOM Wins 5-year Bupa Call Centre Contract
Hull, UK, Aug 11, 2016 -- UK telecoms provider KCOM has won a 5-year contract from healthcare provider Bupa to upgrade its call centres to a cloud-based system, CRN ChannelWeb reports.
KCOM's sales manager George Roberts said that it was originally among 44 bidders for the contract, with six of these selected to provide a proof of concept.
KCOM replaces incumbent provider BT. The new cloud-based call centre system will integrate interactive voice response call recording, screen recording, and social media.
