News : Killeen Call Center to Hire 500
Killeen, May 13, 2014 -- Aegis plans to hire more than 500 full-time permanent employees for its contact center in Killeen over the next several weeks, the company said.
The global outsourcing services provider is hiring inbound sales professionals in support of a telecommunications firm and customer care specialists in support of a health care payer, a new financial services company and a online travel agency.
The jobs come with a full benefits package that includes a gas discount card and an onsite gym, the company said.
The 30-year-old company, which announced in May 2010 it was purchasing the Sallie Mae facility at 777 N. Twin Creek Dr., in Killeen, has operations at 56 sites in 13 countries and more than 55,000 employees.
Applications will be accepted in person and online.
