News : KM² Solutions Adds Another Caribbean Contact Center.
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic -- May 29, 2014. KM² Solutions, a contact center services provider, is excited to announce the addition of its fifth contact center to its portfolio of multi-channel service centers. The KM2 Dominican Republic center will support clients with bilingual language capabilities for voice, chat, email, text, and mobile services.
The center formally launched in May 2014 with programs supporting a major international financial services client. For this enabling client, KM2 will be providing a wide variety of support services. "With the addition of our center in the Dominican Republic we will extend our services for sales, retention, customer care and support, collections, and other services that we currently provide from our other near shore centers in St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, and Honduras. It is evident that our clients are delighted with the professionalism, experience and engagement of our near shore labor force," stated David Kreiss, KM2 Solutions CEO. "Additionally, the first class technology infrastructure, processes, and controls that we have in place will continue to drive superior performance," he further commented.
