News : Konew Financial Express Releases NCR Video Teller Technology
Hong Kong February, 2016 -- NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), a global provider in consumer transaction technologies, announced that Konew Financial Express Limited ("Konew Financial Express ") has released property mortgage loan services and adopted financial technology in Hong Kong with "ProPocket," a self-service solution that offers customers an easy and convenient way to apply for property loans, re-finance and withdraw cash powered by NCR Interactive Teller. The new technology allows a live remote Konew Customer Services Officer to assist customers over a self-service device.
The service offers integrated features such as cash withdrawal, video conferencing, document scanning and digital signature.
"The NCR technology has enabled us to offer loan approval and immediate cash together to solve our customers’ urgent needs for cash and eliminating the wait time for bank transfers compared to face-to-face application. Now, customers can either go to our office in Central for face-to-face application or can simply visit ’ProPocket‘ in Mongkok. We are planning to deploy more service points should this pilot be successful," said Wing Chan, Executive Director of Konew Financial Express Limited.
