News : Impulse Int'l, Bahraini Invita Founds Invita-Kuwait
Kuwait, June 9, 2014 -- The Kuwaiti Impulse International for Telecommunications and Bahrain-based Invita announced Monday the foundation of a joint company (Invita-Kuwait).
In a press conference, the Impulse International's Deputy Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ezzat Abu-Emara said that the Impulse will have a 40-percent share in the new company and the residue will be for Bahrain-based Invita - a Business Process Outsource Company owned by BBK (Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait).
He noted that the new company will start its activities with the establishment of a mega call and support center to offer cost-effective customer relationship and contact center services. He stated that the center will offer its services for public and private bodies and companies.
For his part, Invita-Bahrain Board Chairman Rashad Akbari expressed delight at the launch of the new company and the partnership with Impulse International.
