News : Kyivstar Upgrades Customer Feedback System
Kyiv, Ukraine, July 29, 2015 -- Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar has introduced the Closed Feedback Loop system, enabling subscribers to send feedback on the quality of various units of the company.
Customers applying to the company over any contact form, including a call centre, the online portal, services centre or other means, can fill in the questionaire about services quality.
Some 150,000 subscribers have evaluated the work quality of the operator over the system in the 50 days since launch.
