However, business telecoms provider Lake Technologies is urging customers not to panic, as they plan to continue stocking parts, delivering repairs and future-proofing Samsung OfficeServ systems by converting them to internet-based VoIP phone system.

What does Samsung’s OfficeServ end of life announcement mean for businesses that currently rely on Samsung OfficeServ telephone systems?
