News : Language Experts of 22 Dialects Serve at Call Centre
Ujjain, India, April 20, 2016 -- Language experts of 22 local dialects are serving at Simhastha call center to address the queries of the visitors. Language experts of Russian, French, German and English are providing their services at the centre.
Visitors may dial 1100 to receive information regarding Simhastha Mahakumbh. Language experts of regional languages like Marathi, Bengali, Oria, Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam, Punjabi, Rajasthani, Gujarati and others are all set to interact with visitors calling to the call centres to enquire about Simhastha Mahakumbh. SFA has prepared a questionnaire of more than 10, 000 FAQs to quench the curiosity of the visitors. The FAQs are based on the history, ancient literature of the city and services and arrangements provided to Simhastha.
SFA has also translated the information of above mentioned services in Russian language on Simhastha website. A booklet in Russian language has also released. It would be circulated among the Russian visitors. Members of Nehru Youth Center from different States will serve at the call centers. Umesh Malik from Kolkata is serving at the center. He speaks in Hindi, English, Bengali and Gujarati.
