Oct 28, 2014 -- Intelecom Group AS has introduced new functionality and added a series of product enhancements to Connect, the company’s flagship multichannel cloud contact centre solution. Available from the end of October 2014, the latest version of Connect provides more control and availability for contact centre leaders and enables faster, more effective handling of social media requests in a single, integrated application.
