News : LeadMaster Launches Lead-Xpress Portal
Roswell, GA, Dec 23, 2013 -- Lead-Xpress is a LeadMaster Sales CRM component used by direct and independent sales agents. It provides real-time access to sales leads and customer records. Utilizing a smartphone and their existing email, reps can easily update the status of opportunities, add notes, attach files to records, add customers or prospects to drip marketing campaigns and trigger powerful automated activities.
The latest enhancement to Lead-Xpress includes access to a secure portal that stores assigned customers and prospective clients. The portal includes a search feature with the ability to search on company, last name, phone and email address. Clicking on a record within the portal takes the user to the Lead-Xpress page where all records can easily be mass updated.
For managers, Lead-Xpress provides the ability to send leads and requests for updates on customers or leads directly from the LeadMaster system to the sales rep via LeadMaster’s built-in email function. The sales rep receives the email with a link to a user customizable form which is securely linked to the CRM. When the rep updates the form, it updates the CRM. It takes seconds to complete and can even be done from a mobile phone at no additional charge.
The Lead-Xpress form can be customized to meet individual company requirements, capturing exactly what is needed. Because the system can mimic existing forms it means that little or no training is required on how to use the CRM. Sending leads and update requests through LeadMaster is fast and simple, requiring only two or three clicks in the system. Managers who use Lead-Xpress no longer have to hound reps to update their opportunities.
