Leeds, England, July 30, 2019- - Leeds City Council in the UK has selected Sabio to provide a real-time customer satisfaction surveying platform to support its Voice of the Customer programme.
The council will use Sabio's automated Bright Navigator post-call survey tool to capture customer feedback in real-time. It will provide extended intelligence on key customer satisfaction, giving the contact centre team the insights needed to optimise customer engagement. The Sabio system will be deployed across all key customer-facing activities following a successful pilot project with the Housing and Council Tax & Benefits departments.
