News : Level One to Close Charlotte Operation Laying Off Employees
Charlotte, NC, USA, March 20, 2015 -- Call-center operator Level One plans to lay off 114 employees and permanently close a facility in Charlotte.
That’s according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification filing the company has made with the N.C. Department of Commerce. The layoff takes effect Aug. 31, according to the notice.
Calls to Level One’s headquarters in Greer, S.C., weren’t immediately returned.

Level One runs call centers in Greer and in North Carolina and Texas that connect apartment developments and vacation properties with potential customers.
