News : Lincolnshire Estate Agent More Than Doubles its Staff
Lincolnshire, UK, Oct 29, 2015 -- Estate agent Pygott & Crone has recently recruited 12 new staff increasing its workforce to 140 – a whopping 55 per cent increase in the last 12 months.
The firm's growth has come at a time when Lincolnshire's tourism and economy is growing, strengthening the property market and enticing buyers from the south to get more for their money.
Based across the firm's 11 offices in Lincolnshire, the new recruits have joined the team in new and existing roles across several departments including a new customer call centre, sales, agricultural, surveyor and rental teams.
Six people have joined the team at Sleaford including Charlotte North, agricultural administrator, Sapan Chavda, trainee surveyor, Gabrielle Pollard, rental administrator, Natasha Nugent, Thomas Waring and Henry Scott, call centre assistants.
The Grimsby office has three new staff; Matthew Chase and Ben Smith, negotiators and Zoe Marshall, sales progressor. Robert Waterhouse, trainee surveyor and Ben Sykes, negotiator have joined the team in Lincoln and Owen Smith, trainee, is based in Grantham.
