News : Listen Up Español Welcomes Jose Andres Martinez Rodriguez
Portland, Maine, April 8, 2014 -- Listen Up Español, a Spanish language call center for the U.S. Hispanic market, is proud to welcome Jose Andres Martinez Rodriguez as their new General Manager.
As General Manager, Martinez will lead call center operations from the Hermosillo, Mexico location. By working with upper management and overseeing hundreds of call center agents, Martinez will also help Listen Up Español to expand its reach into new verticals.

Martinez’s professional background includes many years of experience in both customer service and contact center technology. He previously worked for Banamex, where he documented and reviewed credit card processes related to call center support and automated teller machine operations. Following Banamex, Martinez was in charge of credit card processing at Prosa Carnet and helped the company become the first call center in Mexico to obtain ISO 9002 certification. He later grew into a leadership role at Scotiabank where he helped the company provide telephone customer service to strategic markets in Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean.
After heading Teletech as Chief Operating Officer and contributing to companies like Mexicana Airlines and Atento Mexico, Martinez brings his talent and experience to Listen Up Español.
