Sydney, Australia, April 15, 2021 -- Local Measure, a customer communications management platform, has announced that it has been accepted into the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, a co-sell program for AWS Partners who provide software solutions that run or integrate with AWS. The program helps partners drive new business and accelerate sales cycles by connecting the participating ISVs with the AWS Sales organization.

Local Measure’s flagship product, Engage for Amazon Connect, is an omnichannel agent desktop purpose built for Amazon Connect, an omnichannel cloud contact center that helps businesses provide superior customer service at a lower cost.
