News : Logical Operations Partners with Zoho to Deliver Training Curriculum
Rochester, N.Y., May 1, 2014 -- Logical Operations announces a new partnership with Zoho, a cloud-based business application provider, to provide classroom-based training curriculum for Zoho’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Zoho’s cloud-based CRM software helps businesses better manage their customer relations by streamlining organization-wide sales and marketing, functions in a single system that is accessible anytime, anywhere.
Logical Operations and Zoho have teamed up to provide Zoho CRM users with an instructor-led training solution that will equip them with the knowledge and skills to be more productive while using Zoho CRM on the job. The Zoho CRM: User and Zoho CRM: Administrator courses, which will be available from Logical Operations in May/June 2014, are delivered on the CHOICE digital learning platform, giving students direct access to powerful pre, during, and post-class digital learning tools to help reinforce learning beyond the classroom.
