News : Louisville American Red Cross Hiring Temporary Call Center Employees for Harvey Relief
Louisville, KY, USA, Sept, 2017 -- The American Red Cross in Louisville needs help answering the calls for help after Hurricane Harvey.
Call center reps will answer inbound calls from Harvey survivors.
The jobs are expected to last for about 30 days, but could be extended.

Candidates need to have computer data entry skills, excellent customer service and six months of customer service experience in an office environment.
Candidates should also know how to input information efficiently and correctly into a computer database.
The temporary call center employees will be paid $11.50 per hour and will work first and second shifts.
Available shifts would be Sunday through Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
