QueueMetrics collects data from an Asterisk or FreePBX and generates analytical reports with different metrics, covering all the key categories for call center management: realtime panels, historical reporting system, supervisor page, agent page, wallboards, quality assessment modules, payroll management, soft-phone and much more.

QueueMetrics release 19.10 focuses on a major improvement in the user interface, that is now rebuilt with a modern toolkit for an up-to-date look and full support to mobile browsers.
Full support for Korean language has been added as well as several bug fixes implemented.
QueueMetrics 19.10 supports Asterisk 13, 14, 15 and 16, as well as any previous Asterisk version and all major distributions like FreePBX and is available as QueueMetrics-Live Cloud hosted service or On-Premise software package.
