News : Luzerne County VA Launches Call Center for Area Vets
Wilkes-Barre, PA USA, Feb 19, 2016 -- To better serve veterans, the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Luzerne County is launching a call center today, the facility announced.
The call center is available at 877-928-2621, Mondays through Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for veterans served at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Plains Twp. and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics.

Through the center, those veterans can schedule appointments, request medication refills or get routed to the department they need. It will not provide medical advice or test results.
The call center will allow the VA to monitor call volumes, trends and response times.
