Dubai, UAE, April 27, 2015 -- Majid Al Futtaim, a shopping mall, retail and leisure provider across the Middle East and North Africa, announces that its financial service provider arm, Majid Al Futtaim Finance has won recognition for its customer service excellence.
The company received the Business Excellence Award in the Service Excellence category for its Contact Center at the 21st Business Excellence Awards Ceremony, hosted by Dubai's Department of Economic Development (DED), last week.
