News : Concentrix Europe Makes Gains in 2014
Belfast, Northern Ireland, Aug 28, 2015 -- Contact centre Concentrix Europe has revealed a jump in sales last year.
The company, which provides outsourced business services to blue chip companies, posted profits for the 12 months to November 30 2014.
The firm's Belfast operation - a subsidiary of SynneX Corporation in California - boosted staff numbers during the year to 1,209.
It was set up as Gem in 2000 but was acquired by Concentrix in 2011.

Last year, it announced an investment, backed by public funds, to create more than 1,000 new posts that when complete will bring the payroll - in Belfast - to 1,800.
Directors, in their strategic report filed with the annual account at Companies House in Belfast, said the rise in turnover was "due to a mixture of organic and new business growth".
They said: "The emergence of competition from lower cost economise such as India, Philippines, and eastern Europe is a risk to the group; however, following the acquisition by Concetnrix, the group is better place to offer a range of blended customer support solutions providing more complex and multilingual service that are not readily provided from these economies."
