News : MaritzCX™ Wins Patent for Spotlight® Data Mining Solution
Salt Lake City -- MaritzCX announces it has been awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for technology that powers the SaaS-based Spotlight data mining solution. Spotlight combines customer feedback with operational and transactional data to guide customer-related decisions across an organization and improve customer retention.

"We asked our customers, ‘If you had a magic wand and could change anything about your workday, what would it be?’ They unanimously wanted to discover more important insights and patterns in their data, and do it fast. Our talented teams used that request to invent something entirely new, which is now patented as Spotlight."
