News : Marken Launches Investigator Survey Call Center
Research Triangle Park, NC, USA, July 21, 2015 -- Marken, a clinical logistics organization (CLO), has launched a survey call center to contact clinical investigator sites throughout Latin America.
The new call center is set up in Miami to survey thousands of nurses, doctors, and site monitors in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. The surveys, conducted in Spanish and Portuguese, are initially designed to assess investigator satisfaction with their local courier services. The call center will be maintained for an indefinite period of time so that Marken can make sound decisions about service improvements which will benefit investigators and also the clinical research organizations and pharmaceutical companies which sponsor clinical trials in the region.
