News : Marketlink Consolidating Indianola & Des Moines Centers Consolidate
Des Moines, IA April 15, 2016 -- Marketlink announced that it will be consolidating its Des Moines, IA and Indianola, IA call centers on May 2, 2016. In 2015, Marketlink’s U.S. corporate office and call center facility moved into a larger location at 3600 Army Post Road in Des Moines offering nearly double the space and closer proximity to the Indianola community.
"We have enjoyed the past 5 ½ years in the Indianola community and have greatly appreciated all of the support since 2010," said Bob Beaman, Sr. VP of Operations. "Marketlink has significantly grown over the past few years creating a need for larger call centers. Indianola as a stand-alone center could not meet staffing needs for our clients."

Employees have been offered incentive packages to continue employment at the Des Moines location. "It is our hope that each employee will take advantage of the incentive package and join our growing Des Moines team," said Kim Passick, Regional Call Center Director. "Although it is difficult to leave the Indianola community, we look forward to continuing to employ many people residing in and around Indianola."
