News : MassMutual Wins Two ContactCenterWorld Global Awards
Springfield, MA., Dec 3, 2014 -- Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) won two awards at the 2014 ContactCenterWorld Global Top Ranking Performers Best Practices Conference.
Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World – Best in World, met, shared ideas and the best were voted for by judges at this event hosted by ContactCenterWorld – The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking. Contact Center World is a global organisation that recognises and rewards best practice in customer service throughout the world.
MassMutual was named to the 2014 Best in the World list winning a gold medal for Best in Community Spirit, which exemplifies MassMutual's commitment to corporate responsibility initiatives including volunteer efforts, philanthropy and educational programs that all employees are encouraged to participate in.
"MassMutual is honored to be recognized for our corporate responsibility efforts considering the value we place on making a difference and encouraging our employees to get involved in their communities," said Nick Fyntrilakis, vice president, Community Responsibility, MassMutual. "Whether they are volunteering, donating to a cause or mentoring our youth, we are proud of all of our employees who choose to give back."
In addition, MassMutual employee, Jessica Reid, was awarded a gold medal in the Best Customer Service Professional category, recognizing her commitment to providing exemplary service to customers.
In addition, earlier this year, MassMutual won five awards at the 2014 ContactCenterWorld Americas Top Ranking Performers Conference and Awards.
ContactCenterWorld is the global association for contact center and customer best practices and networking. The ContactCenterWorld honors are awarded to the entrants who demonstrated to industry-peer judges that they are indeed the best.
