News : Matrix Medical Network Expands Contact Center Leadership Team
Scottsdale, Ariz., July 29, 2014 -- Matrix Medical Network (Matrix), a provider of in-home health assessments to health plans and their members, is expanding its contact center leadership team. Call center executive Lori LeGrow has joined Matrix as Vice President, Contact Center Operations, and she will be responsible for the company's contact centers located in Clearwater, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona.
In her new role, Ms. LeGrow will leverage leadership experience in both healthcare and contact center operations, continuing the company's tradition of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Ms. LeGrow joins Matrix from Ultimate Medical Academy in Clearwater, where she achieved record customer satisfaction ratings and dramatic increases in customer retention. Ms. LeGrow has spent the better part of 15 years leading large multi-site inbound/outbound contact center operations for national organizations including Capital One and Verizon Wireless.
