News : Mauritius Telecom Upgrades Alepo Billing And Customer Care Platform
Mauritius, Jan 27, 2015 -- Mauritius Telecom recently upgraded its existing convergent billing and customer care platform to Alepo Service Enabler 8 for rapid service and broader customer care capabilities on its fixed broadband network.
Alepo, a provider of network and IT software solutions for global communications service providers, announced that its longstanding customer Mauritius Telecom (MT), a communications service provider in Mauritius, has successfully completed a significant system upgrade to Alepo Service Enabler (SE)8, including Alepo's AAA Infrastructure. As a result, MT is able to deliver more advanced and flexible data offers to its rapidly growing subscriber base while achieving a significant reduction in OPEX.
As part of the SE 8 framework, Alepo implemented its billing and customer management platform, as well as its other BSS modules: product catalogue, reporting engine, and Web Self Care portal.
