News : Megacom Launches 'Forgotten Handset' Service
Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, May 23, 2016 -- Kyrgyzstan mobile operator Megacom has launched its new 'Forgotten Handset' service. The service is aimed at customers who forget their devices at home or in the office or for when the handset is damaged or uncharged.
The service enables users to readdress incoming calls to any other mobile or local telephone number. The option can be activated by calling a call-centre and giving his/her telephone number, PIN-code and personal identification data, as well as the telephone number which will be used for call re-addressing.
The service can be activated for one hour to three days.
