News : Megafon Optimises Call Centres
June 11, 2014 -- Russian mobile operator Megafon has completed its project to reduce the number of call centres and optimise call centre expenses, reports Cnews.ru.
Megafon owned eight call centres working in 13 locations at the end of 2013. The centres worked in 17 locations at the end of 2012. Megafon also started work on the launch of a single call-centre hub.
The project should be completed by next year.
