News : Megafon Uses Speech Recognition in Call-centre
Moscow, Russia, Feb 15, 2016 -- Russian mobile operator Megafon has started using the speech recognition technology from Russian search engine Yandex at its call-centre, reports Vedomosti.
Russian integrator Asteros integrated the technology with Megafon's IT systems, in this way introducing a virtual call centre option.
The automatic call-centre system can carry out a dialogue on over 60 subjects.
