Merchants re-claims Level 2 B-BBEE rating
Merchants, a customer management partner specialising in business process outsourcing (BPO) that delivers customer experience and customer interactions has announced the achievement of a B-BBEE Level 2 status.
"A momentous move from Level 4 in 2018 to Level 2, this time with over 51% black ownership and 30% black female ownership - an achievement which marks a significant milestone as part of our transformation journey and also as a direct result of the transformation journey focus that included the appointment of Sydwell Shikweni as Transformation Director at Merchants. A level-2 B-BBEE status is awarded to companies that score more than 95 but less than 100 of the allocated points on the BEE scorecard.
