News : Metalogix Appoints Nick Margarites as CFO
Washington, D.C. October 27, 2015 -- Metalogix, a provider of unified management software to migrate, manage and secure content across enterprise collaboration platforms in the cloud and on-premises, announced that Nick Margarites has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer reporting to Steven Murphy, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
"Nick joins Metalogix as CFO at a strategic time in our growth trajectory since our successful sale to Permira Advisers last year," said Steven Murphy, CEO of Metalogix Group Holdings since its formation and headquarter re-location to Washington DC in 2010. "Nick brings a wealth of financial infrastructure leadership and publicly traded company management and reporting experience to our company at a critical time in our evolution from a leading content management tools provider to the preeminent cloud content lifecycle management firm."

Before joining Metalogix, Margarites held Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer positions at Sourcefire Inc., a network security firm in Columbia MD. Prior to Sourcefire, Nick was Controller of Paratek Microwave Inc., a venture-backed wireless telecommunication company.
