News : MGTS Expands Personal TV Offer
Dec 23, 2013 -- Russian regional fixed operator MGTS has expanded its Personal TV system, which enables users to create their own pay-TV packages. Four channels aimed at children have been added to the list, namely Gulli, Teen TV, TiJi and Russia's Children. Subscribers can choose from among 60 channels.
The operator has also announced that it plans to install CRM sensors in all 21 of its branded retail outlets from January 2014. Smart sensors monitor staff serving customers and customers will be offered the opportunity to rate staff work quality. The operator also plans to revamp its retail chain by the end of 2014. MGTS provides services in the city of Moscow and in the region.
