Millennial has partnered with Great Wolf to service customers to book new reservations or change an existing reservation at one of their 18 active lodge locations. Great Wolf just opened their most recent lodge in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the company is in the process of opening a new lodge in Manteca, California. Great Wolf has opened 7 new lodge locations since 2015.
Millennial’s efforts with inbound call center services are aimed at servicing customer calls during extended hours 6 days a week. They are also handling various service requests related to bookings, billing, and room upgrades, as well as assisting vacationers on booking one of Great Wolf’s various packages that best suits their families. The Millennial team interfaces directly with the Great Wolf team in the Madison customer care center to assist in servicing calls and tickets.
