News : Minacs and Roadside Protect Sign “Go-to-Market” Alliance
Oshawa, Ont., Canada/Farmington Hills, MI, USA, Aug 19, 2016 -- Roadside Protect, a provider of specialty roadside assistance programs, and Minacs, a Concentrix company and global business solutions provider, announced a go-to-market alliance to offer joint roadside assistance programs for enterprise clients across all industries.
Roadside Protect provides roadside assistance services throughout the U.S. and Canada to its automotive OEM and aftermarket, and banking and insurance clients utilizing its proprietary Web-based dispatch system, Navigator. The system includes customer management, tow provider network, and claims processing capabilities on the advisors’ desktop.

Minacs will leverage Roadside Protect’s Navigator to offer real-time roadside assistance support services through its new and established relationships within the manufacturing, retail, telecom, technology, media and entertainment, banking, insurance, and healthcare industry verticals.
