Mindpearl’s relationship with Brussels Airlines began in Barcelona, Spain, in 2001. In 2012, support was successfully extended and later transferred to Cape Town, South Africa in 2013. Mindpearl South Africa provides Reservation Desk support services to the Public and Trade, Web Helpdesk support, Loyalty Programme support and Fraud Prevention support in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish. Market support includes Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
This new agreement extends Mindpearl’s support services to a second centre located in Suva, Fiji. This team went live on the 1st September 2014 with Reservation Desk support services to the Public and Trade in English and French. Market support includes the United States and Canada. In addition, Fraud Prevention support services will go-live in Fiji during October.
