FIND OUT MORE!To ensure accessibility of health services to everyone in the Sultanate, anywhere and at anytime, the mobile app service, which complements the call centre, was launched by the ministry recently.
It has a health database that can be accessed by specialists, researchers and administrators. In addition, the app is linked to the patient's record to provide the right services once requested.
This application is safe and secure, as only authorised personnel can reach the patient's personal data through a national ID number. It also has a dashboard to enable officials to follow-up on the complaints and enquiries received.
