News : Mobitel Expands its 'Customer Experience Center' to Jaffna
Dec 16, 2014 -- Mobitel relocated its Jaffna branch on Kankasanthurai Road to an all new ‘Customer Experience Center’ at the Rubarn Complex. The flagship store will be fully equipped to cater a myriad of services such as the latest 3G, 4G and LTE technology. This will give opportunity for the Northern region customersto experience the newest smartphones, tabs and data devices and to enjoy many services designed to serve the most enjoyable ICT experience.
Staying true to its commitment towards the development of ICT in rural areas, the Jaffna‘Customer Experience Center’is marked as a significant milestone in the Mobitel portfolio, as it coincides the launch of the third de-centralised call center in the island. Mobitel’s latest, fully fledged Jaffna call center is established to exclusively serve the Tamil speaking customer base in the Northern region which will also create an extensive amount of job opportunities within the community while expanding the technological know-how among youth.
