News : SouthTech Announces Josh Haley as Help Desk Supervisor
SARASOTA, Jan 1, 2014 -- SouthTech, an IT services firm that has delivered and supported infrastructure and business management solutions throughout Florida since 1994, is proud to announce the addition of Josh Haley as Help Desk Supervisor to the SouthTech team.

As Help Desk Supervisor, Haley’s responsibilities will include the management and coordination of the Help Desk team’s activities, handling client support issues, and providing an escalation point within the help desk group. He has been working in IT since 2001 with strong technical and help desk experience, mainly in the banking industry.
