News : mplsystems Expands Sales Team with New Appointment
Warwick, UK, June 30, 2016 -- mplsystems, contact centre and field service technology providers, have announced Dave Ormston has joined the company to expand their rapidly growing sales team.
Dave joins us from a private Consultancy firm, where he worked with many large and global clients, maximising their value through expert consulting and increasing the scope of favourable partnerships. His skillset specialises in unlocking the potential in investment decisions of IT deployments, while rendering the workforce with higher levels of efficiency. Dave has also spent many years at IBM as a Deployment & Value Realisation Leader, accelerating integrated service management solutions and using business metrics designs, collections, comparisons and exploitations.
As a new member of the team, Dave will implement a key focus on customer satisfaction during and after the deployment stages of our contact centre solution software. He will be ensuring the fastest realisation of value to customers and business partners through optimised efficiency and reduced costs for every deal.
