News : Mtn Launches Self Service Platform
Ghana, Feb 13, 2015 -- MTN Ghana has taken a judicious step by launching a service platform dubbed "MTN Self Service" into the Ghanaian market.
The MTN Self Service allows customers and subscribers to stand the chance of addressing or solving problems on their own without necessarily resorting to the MTN’s service Centre or calling 111 for help without necessarily resorting to the MTN’s service Centre or calling 111 for help.
Briefing the media during the launch in Accra, the Acting Customer Relation Officer Executive of MTN Ghana Mr Lawrence Akosen, noted that the company is not making 111 redundant but as the needs of their customers’ kept on changing there was the need to expand their scope of service delivery.
This he said subscribers on WhatsApp can be connected or communicate with service centre just by sending a message.
He entreated all customers to endeavour to subscribe MTN Self Service in order to save time and also to overcome all hassles the in process of using the traditional world technology which is through the normal call centre.
