News : MTN Outsources Call Centres in 7 Countries to Ison
Johannesburg, South Africa, Aug 4, 2015 -- The IT services provider Ison has won a contract to handle call centre services for African mobile operator MTN in seven countries, reports Agence Ecofin.
The contract covers Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Zambia, Uganda, South Sudan and Swaziland for nearly five years.
Around 5,000 MTN employees will transfer to Ison as part of the deal.
