News : MTN Picks Tech Mahindra to Boost Customer Care
MTN CEO Abdul Ismail said the initiative will see Tech Mahindra set up a customer support unit dedicated to MTN Zambia customers.
He said the new customer support desk at Tech Mahindra will play a key role in making MTN Zambia more competitive while giving customers the best value for their money.
Ismail added that MTN Zambia would maintain its in-house call centre at its head office in Lusaka.
