News : MTS Introduces Paid Option for Quicker Call Centre Service
Aug 26, 2014 -- Russian mobile operator MTS has introduced the possibility of paying a fee for instant access to its call centre in some regions, reports Vedomosti.
There is a daily cost for the service available in Tula, Murmansk, Penza, Yamal-Nenets regions and Chuvashia republic. Unlimited calls are included. Subscribers can also get a free call back from the call centre within 30 minutes.
The operator expects that the new service will reduce the workload of the call centre.
