News : MTS Ukraine Launches New Call Centre App via Social Networks
Ukraine, Jan 23, 2015 -- Mobile operator MTS Ukraine has introduced a new application for subscribers using Facebook and Vkontakte.
The application enables them to contact to the operator's call-centre staff using the social networks.
The service is based on the Userecho system. MTS Ukraine jas accounts on both these social networks, as well as on Twitter and Instagram.
